At Kinross Farms, we have two grading floors – located in Kinglake West and Euroa. Each egg passes through a rigorous process of washing and crack detection. Our state-of-the-art egg graders use the latest technology to make sure every egg meets size and quality requirements – and each egg is individually inspected and stamped, in keeping with our quality assurance program.
Our grading follows Egg Standards Australia guidelines and strict HACCP industry standards which are qualified and audited by a third party several times a year. We also ensure our eggs are strictly refrigerated. The result: fresh, delicious and high quality eggs.
