At Kinross Farm, we grade our eggs at our brand new, purpose built, state-of-the-art high tech grading floor – located in Euroa. Every egg passes through a rigorous process of quality control and assurance. We comply with all levels of Australian and New Zealand food safety.
Our grading follows Egg Standards Australia guidelines and strict HACCP industry standards which are qualified and audited by a third party several times a year. From collection, our eggs are always refrigerated. The result: fresh, delicious and high quality eggs.
